Raspberry Crumb Bars


Ingredients 1 Cup Whole Raw Almonds 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Butter, cubed 1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt 1 Cup Raspberry Jam 1/4 Cup Almonds, sliced


Instructions 1. Process almonds and 1 cup sugar in processor until ground. 2. Add flour, cubed butter and kosher salt and process until crumbly. 3. Press 2 1/2 cups mixture into a parchment-lined, greased 9-in square pan. 4. Spread with jam and sprinkle with remaining almond mixture and sliced almonds. 5. Bake at 372 until golden, 25 to 30 minutes.


Description This recipe calls for using Bonne Maman preserves.
