Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Sticks

Ingredients

1 ¼ cup all purpose flour

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup oil avocado

1 egg beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.


Mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, oil, vanilla extract, and beaten egg together in a mixing bowl.


Add the all purpose flour to the mixture and then stir in the chocolate chips. Mix until combined.


Divide the cookie dough into two and form each into a rectangle approximately 12 inches by 4 inches. Place onto the 9x13 baking sheet.


Bake for 20 minutes.


Remove from the oven and while the cookie is still hot, cut 10-13 individual chocolate chip cookie sticks.


Cool for 15 minutes before serving.


Description

These are not a cookie but a crisp stick.

24 sticks


Notes

These go together very quickly and only bake for 20 minutes. In another 20 minutes, they have all been eaten.
