Apple Goody

Ingredients

3 apples, grated coarsely

2 Tbsp cinnamon

150 g sugar

Puff pastry

Instructions

Cut pastry into three sheets each

Divide apple mixture on each of the 6 sheets

Wet edges and seal together.

Turn sealed side down.

Make shallow cuts through roll.

Brush with egg wash. ( one egg mixed with about 2 tablespoons of water)

Bake At 350°.

Sprinkle with confectioners' and cut through.

These are so simple to make and just so good.

Notes

I saw these being made online and replayed it so that I could get the ingredients. This simple recipe is delicious. Don't use any liquid that may form from the apples.
