Stuffed Fish


Ingredients 3/4 cup bread crumbs 4 tablespoons butter 1 onion, chopped Filet of sole Bottled red Russian dressing Butter


Instructions Allow two pieces of fish per person. Saute onion in butter. Add bread crumbs and stir thoroughly. Spread crumb mixture on fish. Roll up fish and secure with toothpick. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with leftover crumbs. Pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of dressing over each roll. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 for one hour.


Description The kosher cook's answer to stuffed shrimp. It has a resemblance to stuffed shrimp when made.


Notes I believe the dressing is made by Wishbone. It is a clear dressing rather than the creamy variety.
