Ingredients 1 head lettuce, chopped 1 package frozen peas 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 pint mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sugar 3/4 pound bacon, chopped crisp Parmesan cheese
Instructions 1. Layer lettuce, peas, onions, celery and pepper. Make top layer a small amount of lettuce. 2. Spread with mayo on top as frosting. Seal edges. 3. Sprinkle with sugar. Crumble bacon on top. Sprinkle with cheese. 4. Refrigerate at least two hours or overnight.
