2 cups of liquid from Peaches (add water if necessary)

1 cup sugar
Cinnamon and sugar for top
Instructions
Put farfel in strainer, run under hot water to wet. Add beaten eggs.
Add melted margarine.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour 1/2 into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Layer peaches with preserves between them.
Sprinkle Cinnamon and sugar on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Description
This is just the perfect addition to a Passover meal. It could be a side dish or dessert. It was wonderful served warm and heated beautifully.
Notes
I combined two recipes for the kugel. One didn't call for the preserves and they were a nice addition. Sorry but I forgot to take a picture.
Source
Both of the recipes came off of one of the FB groups for Passover cooking. One was posted bu Mindy Schefen and I apologize for not having the other name.
