Ingredients 3 large onions, sliced 1/2 pound lox 16 ounces canned salmon, drained 2 cups milk 12 eggs
Instructions 1. Saute onions until golden and cover bottom of 3 qt. oblong baking dish with onions and fat in which they were sauteed. Put pieces of lox and salmon over onions. Beat eggs with milk and pour over all. Do not mix together. Bake, uncovered, in 350 oven for 45 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes before cutting into pieces.
Description A company version. Usually, I make this with just the lox and everything is scrambled together. This company version serves nicely.
Notes I cut this and leave it in the pan to serve, It stays hotter that way.
