Kale Soup



Ingredients 1 Linguica, peeled and cut in pieces 1 Chourice, peeled and cut in piece 1 large Bunch Kale, Cut with ribs removed 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced, large 1 can Kidney beans, drained 1/2 cup macaroni


Instructions 1. Brown meat in butter in large pan. Add 1 cup water and simmer 10 minutes. 2. Add kale and 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour. 3. Add 3 cups water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hour. 4. Add potatoes with 3 cups water. Simmer 20 minutes. 5. Add beans and macaroni and 1 cup water. Simmer 20 minutes. 6. Add more water if needed.


Description Thick and wonderful.


Notes This makes a full meal on a cold night
