This is like a strudel. The dough is so lovely and light and thin. Here they are on my mother's antique dish.

Notes
When I took the dough out of the refrigerator, it was so soft that I was reviewing in my head how much flour I had used. However, it did roll out nice and thin as instructed. Be sure to flour the board and rolling pin generously and turn it a few times as you roll. It used quite a bit of flour. I used a brush to remove the extra flour when I rolled it.
