Fish Loaf

Ingredients

1 frozen white fish roll 1 frozen salmon roll 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 cup sugar 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained


Instructions 1. Defrost fish in separate bowls. Beat eggs individually and add with half of sugar to each bowl. 2. Add spinach to salmon mixture. 3. Spray loaf pan. Put half of white fish mixture on bottom. Put all of salmon on top. top with the rest of the white fish mixture. 4. Bake at 375° for one hour. Test with toothpick as you would check a cake. If it starts to get too brown, cover with foil. 5. Slice and serve. Serve with wasabi, if desired.


Description This is very pretty to serve.


Notes This is very pretty when sliced. The wasabi adds more color to the dish. Red horseradish would look very nice, also.
