Ingredients 2 Broiler chicken, quartered Marjoram, crushed Salt 1/2 cup white wine 1 can artichoke hearts, drained 3/4 pound mushroom, fresh 2 tablespoons Gravy Master
Instructions Sprinkle chicken sparingly with marjoram and salt. Broil 15 min on each side on a rack in a roasting pan. Remove chicken and set aside. Pour off most of the fat in the pan. Add Gravy Master and wine and mix well. Add artichokes and mushrooms and chicken. Cover pan with foil. Bake at 325 for 15 min. Remove foil and bake an original 15 minutes, adding more wine to taste if necessary. Transfer chicken to a warm platter. Spoon on pan gravy, artichokes and mushrooms. May be frozen or prepared ahead and refrigerated,

This has always been a "go to" recipe. Preparation is fairly quick and the results are delightful. I have used this when we have guests and always well liked.
