Baked Schrod

Ingredients 4 scrod filets 1/2 cup chili sauce 1/4 cup sour cream 1 onion, sliced 4 medium potatoes, sliced



Instructions In greased casserole, put onions and potatoes and dot with butter.

Place filets on top of onions and potatoes and pour chili sauce which has been mixed with sour cream over the fish.

Bake at 325 for 1/2 hour or until fish flakes easily and potatoes are tender.
