Ingredients
1 Package Strawberry gelatin powder - 6 oz 1 package rhubarb, frozen 1 package strawberries, frozen 1 can pineapple 16 oz, crushed
Instructions Cook rhubarb per instructions, using less sugar. Dissolve Jello in rhubarb, add strawberries and pineapple with juice, This does not jell and can be served in a pretty glass bowl.
Description Beautiful and tasty addition to a table.
Notes I cannot always get the frozen rhubarb so I use fresh and cook it until tender, adding sugar. I use about 1/2 cup per pound of fresh rhubarb but it needs to be tasted at the end to be sure that it isn't too tart. This is a favorite of my children, and Andrew has been known to eat it in many ways, as a relish, on sponge cake, over ice cream, etc.
