Ingredients 16 ounces salmon, canned 8 ounces cream cheese 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons onion, grated 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 1 teaspoon white horseradish
Instructions Soften cream cheese. Drain and flake salmon. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill several hours. Combine nuts and parsley. Shape salmon into a roll. Roll in nuts and parsley. Chill.
Serve with crackers.
