Ingredients 6 Stalks Celery 1 Pound Asparagus 2 Eggs 1 Cup Straw Mushrooms 1 Cup Mushrooms, fresh 4 Tablespoons Oil 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped 2 Tablespoons Light Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce 2 Tablespoons Tempura Sauce 1/2 Cup Onion, chopped
Instructions 1. Cut celery and asparagus to bite size pieces. Beat eggs and mix in celery and asparagus. Add mushrooms to mixture. 2. Heat oil in wok and add chopped garlic and cook til fragrant. Add sauces to pan and heat. 3. Add onion along with egg and vegetables and cook for 6 minutes. 4. Thicken with cornstarch and serve.
