Mushroom Rollups



Ingredients 1 Loaf Thin Sliced White Bread, crusts removed 1 1/2 Pounds Mushroons, chopped 4 Tablespoons Butter 1/4 Cup Sherry, optional 1/2 Cup Light Cream 2 Tablespoons Flour Salt and Pepper


Instructions 1. Roll each slice of bread with rolling pin. 2. Saute mushrooms in butter until tender, add sherry, cream and seasonings. Mix with flour and blend. 3. Spread mixture on bread slices and roll up. 4. Bake at 350 til toasted, about 15 minutes. Cut in halves or thirds.


Description Great little appetizer


Notes These freeze very well. I have been making these for 60 years. People grab them and pop them in their mouth and love them.
