Meat Tomato Sauce


Ingredients 1/4 Cup Olive Oil 1/4 Cup Butter 1 Pound Pork, ground 1 Pound Veal, ground 1 Pound Beef, ground 8 Cups Marinara Sauce, heated Salt and Pepper, to taste


Instructions 1. In large skillet, warm olive oil and butter until butter is melted. Add pork, veal, and beef and cook thoroughly. Drain off excess liquid. 2. In large pot, bring marinara sauce to a simmer. Add drained meat to sauce and simmer for 1 hour. Add salt and pepper to taste.


Description

This tastes as good or better as the sauces that require a full day of cooking.
