Jello Mold

Updated: Jan 5

Ingredients 7 packages jello 7 fruits or such

Instructions

Combine jello flavors with fruits or such to make interesting combinations. Arrange on counter in order that you want them to be in bowl, according to colors. Use glass container, preferably a deep one such as an oversized brandy snifter. Lay on side in refrigerator. Mix first flavor using 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup ice water with cubes or cup juices drained from fruit. Add whatever you have chosen for each layer. Use liquid and cubes for a total of 1 cup. Pour carefully into container. Allow to set. Repeat until all the packages are used, moving container more upright as the level nears the top. Last layer should be added with container straight up to level off top.

Serving Ideas Serve on tray with unhulled strawberries or frosted grapes

Notes This can be made anyway you want. Some layers can be made without anything added. Sour cream or cream cheese can be used in place of fruit. Layers borrowed from recipes for other jello molds can be used. Use your imagination to create this pretty dessert. Just spoon out to serve. Do not unmold.

Source Judy Romaine - This is my own creation. It is so beautiful when turned upright and the slanted layers of different colors. The picture is of Stan showing it off.
