Garlic Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans or haricot verts trimmed
2-3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees ℉.
In a large bowl add the green beans, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and toss to fully combine. Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with a silicon baking mat or parchment paper.
Roast the green beans for 18-20 minutes. The gree beans should be slightly crisp yet tender and the garlic will be golden. Serve as desired.
