Ingredients 1 package Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix 1/2 cup oil 1 package Instant vanilla pudding 1 cup sour cream 4 eggs
Instructions Beat together the above ingredients. Use greased tube pan. Put half of batter, streusel mix, reserving 2 T, other half of batter, sprinkle remaining streusel on top.
Bake at 325° 55 minutes.
Streusel:
Mix together: 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Description There just isn't a better coffee cake than this one.

This recipe, discovered by my very dear friend, Carol Ann Gould, is without a doubt the recipe that I have made more than any other recipe. I would estimate that I have made it at least 100 times. Everyone loves this cake, and I get requests for the recipe every time that I make it. This cake freezes very well.
