Cranberry Treat



Ingredients 3 cups Fresh cranberries 2 large apples, cored and sliced 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed 3/4 cup rolled oats 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions 1. Combine cranberries, apples, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and flour and pour into greased baking dish. 2. Combine oats, butter and brown sugar and pour over fruit mixture. 3. Bake 40 minutes at 350 until slight brown.


Description Excellent as a dessert or side dish


Notes I used a pan that will give a depth of about an inch of the mixture. It can be made ahead and heated.
