Chicken with Honey and Mustard

Ingredients 3 fryers, cut in eighths 1/4 pound margarine, melted 5 ounces Dijon mustard 1/3 cup honey

Mix all ingredients other than chicken. Dip chicken pieces in mixture and coat well. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.


Notes

This is one of the first recipes that I made as a bride, and as I write this over 60 years later, I realize what a great recipe it is. The ingredients are always in the house. When my daughter, Cyndi, was in Israel, she made this for her hosts as she could get the ingredients so easily.
