Caviar Pie

Ingredients 6 Hard boiled eggs, mashed 1 onion, chopped 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 4 ounce jars lumpfish caviar 1/2 pint sour cream

Instructions Combine first three ingredients. Layer the combined mixture into quiche pan or pie plate. Add layer of sour cream and a layer of caviar.

Notes Serve with thin rye bread or crackers.
