Ingredients 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted 1 package 10 oz. frozen asparagus spears or 12 fresh Spears, partially cooked 2 tablespoons onions, diced 2 tablespoons celery, diced 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon oregano
Instructions Heat oven to 375.
Put melted butter in 8x8x2 inch square pan. Line bottom of pan with asparagus. Mix onion, celery, cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings. Spread evenly over the asparagus. Cover and bake for 25 minutes or until done. May be doubled, in a larger dish.
